NOTICE! CAR STOLEN!! OVERNIGHT 11/26-27/24
Dear Residents,
We regret to inform you that there was a car stolen overnight from the Tymat Court cul-de-sac.

Please be sure you’re following these safety tips:
-Remove all valuables from the vehicle
-Be sure to lock your vehicle
-Never leave keys inside the car unattended
-When possible, use anti-theft devices like steering wheel locks or alarms
-Report any suspicious activity to Howard County Police at 410-313-2200

DOGS 
Howard County Law requires that ALL dogs must be on a leash and under the control of a responsible person. This person must be capable of immediate and effective restraint when not on the owner's property. Owners are responsible for immediately removing pet defecation when off their own property. If your children are walking the family dog, please be sure and remind them the clean up after the dog and to utilize one of the 2 doggie stations in community for the disposal of dog waste.
Curbside Recycling and Trash
1. Please, NO Styrofoam! If you place a cardboard packing or shipping box at the curb with Styrofoam or plastic, HoCo will not pick it up. If items are not picked up at the curb by HoCo and you do not retrieve them, your HOA dues is paying to have someone from outside the community come and pick up these items
2. Yard Trim Collection-Resumes the first week of April. Use reusable open-top containers (no County-issued recycling carts or bins) or paper bags. Reusable containers should be lid-less at set-out. No plastic bags.
3. Bulk Metal Items-Dishwashers, Fridges, Hot water heaters, bulk metal..all these items and more CAN be picked up but you MUST call HoCo Recycling to schedule the pickup. For complete details go here:
